FUTURE PROJECTS
Efforts are underway to secure land for future building projects.
During 2012, we expect to complete construction of the 2 remaining
homes in Bridgewater. Additionally in 2012, we will start
construction of a single ranch style home in Franklin Township,
Somerset and a duplex in Lambertville. Then later in 2012 we move on to
start 8 homes in Kingwood Township. Other properties are also under
consideration in Somerset & Hunterdon Counties. Properties purchased
now will form the basis for our 2013 building program and beyond.
Franklin Township, Somerset: One ranch style home on Viking
Ave.
Lambertville: NEW row-house style home (duplex)
Kingwood Township: A NEW duplex design (still in review) will be used for the 8
homes we hope to build from 2012 to 2014.
