FUTURE PROJECTS
Efforts are underway to secure land for future building projects.
During 2009-2011, we expect to complete construction of 9 ranch homes in
Bridgewater Somerset. While later in 2011 we move to Hunterdon
County and start 8 homes in Kingwood Township. Other properties are also under consideration
in Somerset & Hunterdon Counties.
Properties purchased now will form the basis for our 2012 building
program and beyond.
Kingwood Township: Our duplex design will be used for
the 8 homes we hope to building from 2011 to 2013.
