Central Jersey Housing Resource Center – Step by Step Program
RVHFH requires an excellent seminar that is available to families who want to buy their first home. The Step by Step program is sponsored by the Central Jersey Housing Resource Center (CJHRC).
This workshop provides the following information:
Personal Budgeting * Credit Counseling * Steps in Buying a Home
Getting a Mortgage * Affordable Housing Programs
The workshop, which is free and open to all interested parties, is held quarterly from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. To find out the date and location of the next Step by Step program session, call CJHRC at (908) 704-8901 or click here. You must register with CJHRC in advance of the program date. When you complete this seminar, you will receive a certificate for home-buyer education.

NORWESCAP – “Dollars to Dreams” Individual Development Accounts (IDA) Program
This NORWESCAP program will help you on your path to economic freedom. RVHFH recommends contacting NORWESCAP (1-800-480-8662) to find out if you are eligible for this program which could help pay for a new home, car, education or starting a new business.
