Women Build

The Women Build program challenges women to build a better future for the children of central New Jersey by addressing the problem of substandard housing.

The Women Build Workday program is designed to help raise funds for Women Build while giving individual women an opportunity to volunteer as part of the Women Build effort. Women all over NJ and several other states have joined together to help build modest, affordable homes for hard working, low income families in Lambertville, Bernardsville, Franklin Township, and most recently Bridgewater.

RVHFH’s Women Build Program has proudly completely funded two homes. The last one was completed in April 2015, we just finished a home in Lambertville, where the family has officially moved in and are now living comfortably with their three teenage daughters. Now on to the next goal of raising $100K for the next Women Build house in Franklin Township. Work date is listed below. As we have a limited number of spots available, it is important that you register as soon as possible.
